Beef rib racks marinated in Huckleberry BBQ sauce from Wyoming for 48 hours, dusted with Colorado Smoke Alderwood rub, and baked at 225-250 degrees in the oven for 6 hours. Goes great served with Lemon Miso Asparagus and thyme mashed potatoes!
