Finely shredded Green onions prepared in ice water (first stage of Pa Muchim), dried and then soaked in Kimchi juice/Kimchi mayo mixed with egg, sprayed with avocado oil, a dusting of salt, then air-fried at 360 open face on Wonton wrappers laying on parchment paper.
