Crab Topped Smoked Oysters in Béarnaise Sauce

At Christmas we bought Loftin Shells- a ceramic high-fire ramekin good for the grill or broiler. However, any ramekin will do or even a muffin cup, no need for fancy! Put smoked canned oysters in the bottom, spoon Béarnaise on top, add big pinches of lump crab, top again with remaining Béarnaise and sprinkle with smoked paprika, dried tarragon, and then cover with Panko. Broil for about 5 minutes or until browned and then some toss some rough cut Italian parsley on top for color. Next time, can't wait to grill them.
