Broiled mix of spicy garden peppers, White mushrooms and White onions topping a dish of layered cornbread and Hatch Chile cheeses, baked and served in a bowl of homemade hot pepper saffron red salsa with a dollop of yogurt.
Spicy!!!! Good!
