Cornish Hens soaked overnight in Sapporo beer, stuffed with Red Miso-pasted Bok Choy, stir fried Sesame oil bean sprouts, and baked in the oven slow: Grass-fed butter and Maldon smoked salt glaze out of the oven. Would go great with plain white rice.
