Napa cabbage split in half with inside scores, stuffed with chuck Flanken short ribs, minced garlic, Maldon Sea Salt, and an entire bottle of BBQ your choice (I picked Stubb's Mesquite).
Wrapped loosely back together like a football in three layers of foil, baked in the oven slow/alternated on a bed of Post oak and Mesquite white coals for smoke, and served like a holiday roast.
